This program provides students with the crucial link between academia and the global hospitality industry. It gives students the applied, real-world knowledge employers seek. The courses prepare students for entry-level and upper-level hospitality management positions, as well as with the specific technical and supervisory job skills employers’ demand.
Academic semesters alternate with co-op semesters so that classroom learning is placed in a context as soon as possible.
All students must complete an initial 24 weeks of study before they will be considered eligible for a co-op placement.
